Policy AD35 has been revised to reference the security classifications in AD95. Records falling under the moderate restriction must now be shredded. The definition of Public Records has been removed, and language referencing vital records has been updated to essential records. The process for the University Archives to open high and restricted collections to researchers has been revised. Attachment A-University Records FAQ is now located on Records Managements website.
