Penn State Policies Updates

Policy AD54 has been revised to include updates regarding the new Penn State brand standards, the new University mark and accessibility.

Effective: April 16, 2018

Policy AD35 has been revised to reference the security classifications in AD95. Records falling under the moderate restriction must now be shredded. The definition of Public Records has been removed, and language referencing vital records has been updated to essential records. The process for the University Archives to open high and restricted collections to researchers has been revised. Attachment A-University Records FAQ is now located on Records Managements website.

This policy is retired effective February 8, 2019. For information related to personnel actions presented to the Board of Trustees please see the Charter, Bylaws, and Standing Orders of the Board of Trustees. 

Policy AD83 has been revised to remove the Director of the Electro-Optics Center from the list of University Officials.

Policy AD77 has been revised to change references to RA20 to RP06.

Policy AD73 has been revised to align with the new Campus Recreation membership program.

Effective: September 12, 2017

Policy AD66 has been revised to update the Office for Disability Services (ODS) to Student Disability Resources. The contact phone number and website link were also updated.

Effective: October 5, 2017

Policy AD53 has been revised to include editorial changes and updates to the definition of PII.

Effective: September 18, 2017

Policy AD02 has been revised to include a new section: Speeches, Rallies, and Demonstrations and a link to Policy AD02A.
