Introduction - Budget Policies

The Board of Trustees and officers of The Pennsylvania State University have promulgated the budget policies.

The Associate Vice President for Budget and Finance is responsible for the budget section of the Policy Manual. General budget policy questions should be submitted to the Office of Budget and Finance using the email budget@psu.edu. Budget executives should direct specific budgetary questions to the Financial Officer for their respective business area.
